Shipping policy

Orders are processed between 1-7 business days but can be processed sooner! Orders are shipped out Monday-Friday through USPS. Once your order has shipped a tracking number will be provided and sent via email. Luxx Activewear is not responsible for any packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. If there are any issues with your product once received please email us. We will do our best to try to help you. Unfortunately, we do not issue refunds for packages that are stolen or lost but we will try our best to assist you in the issue. Please make sure you have your mailing address correct and fully complete. We are not responsible for items not received due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses. The first point of contact with any lost, stolen, or delayed packages should be with USPS. Unfortunately once we ship it, it is out of our hands.
